Allan Wilfred Crosby

Allan worked as a Loans Officer with Royal Trust and Nova Scotia Savings and Loans. As a hobby, he worked at Osprey Ridge Golf Course in Bridgewater, N.S. He also worked as a car salesman with Autohavs Martens Volkswagen Dealership in Dartmouth, N.S. Allan enjoyed older muscle cars and music. He was very loved and had a sense of humour that was few and far between. He is survived by daughter Katherine Crosby (Archie Rankin); son Gregory (Anna) Crosby; sister Sandra (Frank) Hawkins; brother Steven Crosby (Karen Parker); granddaughter Isabella Crosby; two nieces: Keltie Hawkins and Jennie Crosby; and two nephews Derek Hawkins, Adam Hawkins.

Allan was predeceased by his wife of 32 years Jill Sarah Crosby.

Visitation will be held at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax (902) 455-0531 on Tuesday, March 8th from 6-8 p.m. followed by cremation. Memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, March 10th at 2 p.m. Rev. Tom Woods officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Mental Health Association.
