
Age 74 of Halifax passed away in the early morning of January 31, 2020 at the Infirmary after suffering from a massive stroke. She was born to Lula (Covey) Tower and Ronald Tower on February 12, 1945 Arlene was predeceased by both parents, sister Phyllis , brother–in-law, Carlos Cacola.. Arlene is survived by brother, Lorne (Micheline) Tower of Berwick, NS; nephews Timothy Tower of Falmouth, N.S., Christopher Tower of Beaumont, AB. and Steven Tower of Leduc Co, AB; step niece Luisa (David) Vaughn of Halifax; step-nephew Paulo (Sonia ) Brilhante of Halifax; several great nieces and great nephews , cousins Anne MacCleave (Halifax), Jim MacCleave (Bridgewater) and Susan (Calnen) Hernon (Medford, MA).
Before retirement, Arlene worked at various branches of the CIBC. Her hobbies included knitting and crocheting. She enjoyed social gatherings with family and friends, Senior Luncheons at Fairview United, traveling and watching favorite television programs.
Cremation and arrangements have been entrusted to J. A. Snow Funeral Home. No funeral services will be observed. Burial in Camp Hill Cemetery will take place at a later date
