On August 13, 2023, Arnold passed away peacefully at home after a long illness.
Arnold was predeceased by his mother Ellen, father Lewis Carl, brother Wilfred and sister Winifred.
He is survived by; the love of his life, his wife of 73 years Goldie Olive Baker (nee Newman), sons Douglas Arnold (Candace nee Webster) and Vincent Carl (Louise nee Davidson) and grandson Dorian Leigh.
Cremation has taken place and a small family service will take place at a later date.
