Born in Clyde River, N.S. on September 5, 1950 to the late Doris and Basil Tufts.
Belinda was predeceased by her husband Bruce Smith. Belinda lived in Halifax for many years where she retired from Canada Post. Upon her husband's death she moved to Berwick to be near Susie Bond and her girls as well as Ben Bond and his family.
She leaves to mourn her sisters in law Sandra Caines, Lois Beckerson, Wendy Millington and Phyllis Smith as well as many nieces and nephews. Belinda was a very kind and thoughtful person who never forgot anyone's birthday or other special occasions.
Her funeral will be held at Snow's Funeral Home, Lacewood Dr, at 10 am on August 15th, followed by burial at Fairview Cemetery on Windsor Street.
