Beulah Leaford Oare

Age 91, of Dartmouth, passed away Saturday, August 3rd, in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in East Jeddore, she was the daughter of the late John and Viola Worthing. Survived by daughters Diane (Keith) Trenholm, Linda (Peter) Englehutt, Jan/Sam (Bob) Bellefontaine, son Hal (Violet) Oare, grandchildren Brian, Lisa, Jennifer, Cindy, John, Gregory, great grandchildren Evan, Sydney and Max. She is also survived by sisters Mina Dicover, Tennessee, Viola (Doug) Swinamer, Florida. She was predeceased by husband Harold, brothers Reginald and Lance and half sister Evelyn Taylor. Service to be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday August 7th in Snow’s Funeral Home 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, Wayne Hutchinson and Eric Lockhart officiating with reception to follow at same location. Burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations if desired may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society/Research. The family would like to thank the staff of 3 East and especially 4 East who cared for her like family.
