Born in West Dover he was the son of the late Phyllis and Gilbert Morash.
In life Blaine enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball and hockey – especially the Montreal Canadians.
He worked in the construction industry most of his life and proudly ran a construction company with his brother Brice.
Friends and family knew him as Twin, Captain Panic, and Big Al. But most of all he was known for his big heart. He would give you the shirt off his back but don’t be fooled he loved to pull pranks and even better if he got a rise out of you.
Blaine will be remembered as a loyal friend and a devoted Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Brother, Uncle and Poppy.
His daily drives to West Dover listening to Alan Jackson, his love of coffee and just sitting around having a “yarn” with friends and family made his day complete.
Blaine is survived by his wife, Gail, daughters Kimberly (Frankie), Kelly (Matt), Grandchildren, Wyatt (Poppy’s Widdle Man) and Remi (Poppy’s Widdle Girl), Brother Brice (Beverly) and sisters Valerie and Lorraine.
Predeceased by Brothers Terry, Barry Rickey and Brian.
A celebration of life will be held on June 29th, 2025, from 1-4pm at Snows funeral home on Lacewood Drive.
