Brenda May Verge, age 55 of Halifax NS, passed away July 19, 2016 at Victoria General Hospital. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Francis and Audrey Nelson. A branch manager at CIBC for over 35 years, Brenda enjoyed camping, quilting, bingo and friends. Her smile and gentle ways always brought people and ideas together. Her light shone brightly to warm all she met. Survived by her husband Ken Verge, mother Audrey Nelson, and son Justin Verge. Predeceased by brother Dale Nelson and father Francis Nelson. Cremation has taken place. Private family service. Donations made be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
