Dianne Elizabeth Goguen

Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late William and Alice Hammond (White).

She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, now Holy Apostles Parish, for many years.

She worked for over 30 years for Medivive Blue Cross (MSI), then for the Department of Pediatrics at the IWK Hospital.

Surviving are her husband Robert Goguen, her daughter Joanna Haight (Jeff), her sisters Anne Schumacher (Ralf), and Patricia Hammond-Dwyer,

her brother Kevin Hammond (Dorothy), many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother David Hammond, and her brother-in-law Michael Dwyer.

We would like to thank Palliative Care, VON, and Home Care for their wonderful dedication to Dianne. A big thank you to Father Sebastian Szewczyk for his attentive spiritual care.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 22 from 2-4pm, at JA Snow’s funeral home by appointment, please call 902-455-0531 for a scheduled time.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be make to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Prospect Village.
