Mrs. Ethel B Martin, 87, of Halifax, Nova Scotia; passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2017, at the QE2.
Born in Halifax, Ethel was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Violet (Cook) Bishop.
Ethel was predeceased by her loving husband, Basil F. Martin of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Ethel was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by her sisters; Dorothy, Leah. Viola (Mrs Jack McGuire) and Marie (Mrs Joseph Hall) and her only brother Wilfred (Jim).
Surviving Ethel are her sister-in-law Joyce, 3 nieces and 6 nephews, 10 great-nieces and 5 great-nephews, 7 great-great-nieces and 5 great-great-nephews all of whom shall miss her immensely.
Small service to be held at the Fairview Cemetery at a future date.
