Jacques Aime "Jack" Lacasse

LACASSE, Jacques Aimé "Jack" — Passed away at home surrounded by his loving family in New Minas April 18, 2010. Born in Notre Dame du Nord, Que., he was the son of the late Joseph and Yvonne Lacasse. Jacques was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend who touched the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be remembered as a proud member of the Iron Workers Union, serving Local 97 for more than 50 years. Jacques is survived by his wife, Anna (Flemming) Lacasse; daughters, Nicole Kruesel (Kevin), their children Kody, Kristopher; Danielle Hudson (Tom), their children Dawn, Billy; Lynette Lacasse (Jamie), their children Heather, Logan; sons, Paul Adams (Leasa), their children Joel, Dylan, Brandon; Stewart Adams (Lynn), Steve Adams (Tammy), their child Hayden. Jacques was predeceased by son, Martial Lacasse. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 21, at 11 a.m. in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax. Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Annapolis Valley Hospice Foundation (www.valleyhospice.ca).
