John Fulton Hunt

John was a Tax Assessor for the Department of Municipal/ Provincial Affairs and at later years in his career was Director of Assessment in Amherst, Nova Scotia. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping and ATV riding with the family, he had a great love for animals. Always loved and enjoyed his grandchildren, a good conversation involving politics and also a good game of crib.

He is survived by his wife Marguerite; daughter Sandra (Gary) White of Bedford; son Jack (Colleen) of Brookside; brother Harvey, Lewis Lake; four grandchildren: Justin, Gregory, Melanie, and Tyler; and several nieces. Predeceased by sister Shirley and brother Clyde.

Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax (902) 455-0531. There will be no visitation.
