Karen Elizabeth Wolfe

She was the only child of the late Roger (2011) and Joan (2023) Wolfe.

Karen was a prep cook, along with all the other kitchen roles, at the Esquire Restaurant in Bedford for almost 46 years .

She was very reliable and had a very strong work ethic.

For fun she had trips to PEI with family and friends, vacations to Newfoundland and to Toronto for some ball games

and day trips to local attractions . She enjoyed baking, knitting, other crafts and especially her cat Snowball, now settling in with Susan.

She is survived by her Uncle Ayrus, Aunt Mary, Aunt Frances, cousins Gary and Debbie; long-time very caring neighbours Heidi and David; school friend

Susan and her family Fred, Jamie-Frances and Matthew and fellow long-timers at work Nora and Joanne.

She will be missed.

A graveside service will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Sackville. Arrangements under the care of JA Snow Funeral Home.
