Born in Halifax, N.S., she is the daughter of Charles and Colleen Barkhouse.
She is survived by daughter Colleen Patricia Bumstead, brothers Duncan Barkhouse and Chad Barkhouse, father Charles Barkhouse, and aunt Linda Debie. Kelly is predeceased by her mother, Colleen Barkhouse.
Visitation will be held at Shirley Barnstein Hall, Northwood Centre on Saturday, January 29 from 2pm until service time at 2:30pm, Rev. Jim Anderson officiating.
