Kenneth Allen Wilson

Ken was a loving husband and father as well as a proud grandfather of four. He served the residents of Halifax for 37 years as a proud member of the HRM family. Ken was a lover of local history and leaves behind a large circle of family and friends. Ken is survived by his wife of 40 years Beverley, children, Troy(Amy) Langley, BC and Kenny(Lisa) Halifax, grandchildren, Daniel, Jack, Cooper and Allie.

He also leaves behind many brothers and sisters, Eddie(Cathy)Wilson, Debbie Wilson, Robert(Germaine)Wilson, Pam(Ron)Beales of Halifax,NS Mike(Shirley)Wilson of Abbotsford, BC

Jim(Rita)Oxner, Joanne Oxner and Craig Oxner of Halifax,NS., mother-in-law, Helen Oxner, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father and mother, Edward and Bertha Wilson, his father- in -law Charles Oxner and sister- in- law Carrie-Anne Oxner. Visitation will be held in J. A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr. Hfx. B3S 0E1(455-0531) on Wednesday, August 14 from 12:00 – 2:00pm followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the IWK Children's Wish Foundation.
