

Margaret was a very independent and social person all her life. She enjoyed skating, dancing, and talking with people. On a fine day she could be found walking to the superstore to meet her old and new friends. Her faith was a very important part of her life. Survived by sister, Eileen Brown; sisters-in-law, Mary Hatchette, Sister Agnes Paula Hatchette, and Dorothy West; daughter-in-law, Linda; 3 grandchildren, Todd (Jill), Mark, Kelly (Tyson) Brown; 8 great grandchildren, Jacob, Sam, Max, Abbie, Jack, Gracie, Owen, Wesley; many nieces and nephews and Tracy Cook, Paula Cook, and Jacqueline Connors who were very special to her.
Predeceased by her husband, Frank; son, Anthony; sisters, Mary, Gertie, Nellie; sister-in-law, Gwen Hatchette; brothers-in-law, Gerald Hatchette, Donald Hatchette; brothers, Jim , Eddie, Jack, Leo; and her very special friend, Bruce Keefe.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 20, at 11:00 am at St. Catherine’s Parish on Bayers Road, followed by reception. Burial in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Catherine’s Parish or Ivany Place. We would like to thank the very kind, thoughtful caregivers at Ivany Place and her very caring neighbours who helped her remain in her home until last November.
