Mary was a loving daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. She was and is the rock”. She is survived by her father; her brothers, Stephen, Bloomington, Illinois and Michael, Halifax; her sisters-in-law, Debbie (Bloomington), Rosemary and Patricia (Halifax); nieces, Megan, Genny, Katie and Emily; nephews, Logan and Patrick. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She worked in accounting at various locations in the Halifax/Dartmouth area and finally as the Office Manager at Blessed Mother Teresa Parish from which she retired in 2012 to take care of her father. She was very involved in parish activities, especially as a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Social Committee and the Pastoral Planning Committee. She also served ex-officio as secretary of the Pastoral Council and on the Financial Council.
