Just wanted to say how fortunate I feel to have met both your mother and father. They were a treat to be around. I was lucky enough to be at a few family gatherings, and you could tell the pride they felt in seeing their children and grandchildren. I want you to know that the MacIntyre clan is thinking of you all. Godspeed Mary. Our thoughts are with you.

So happy I was so lucky to have met Mary so many years ago and her to choose me to be her hairdresser for many years to follow.  Mary was always so positive and had great words of wisdom for me each time I saw her. She was a truly amazing lady and there was no other like her. She will never be forgotten. Thinking of you with heartfelt sympathy.  Sorry I could not be at the service today, but know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
It is not easy to say goodbye, but may it comfort you to know that the grief that you are feeling cannot take away the happiness you had all shared with your Mom/Grandmother.  As long as you have the beautiful memories, your Mom/Grandmother will live on in your hearts forever.

I have only just heard this afternoon of your mothers passing. I am so sorry about your loss.  I know Reta Christian and your mother were good friends.  Reta would often talk about times gone bye.
  I never had the opportunity of meeting your mother but I know how kindly you spoke of her. She will be sadly missed. All my love Mary- Jane to you and your family at this difficult time.

Our deepest condolences to all of the Norris family.  All of you were a family to Rick,myself and Terrie for so many years.  Mary was a second mother to me and helped me through the rough times when I became a new mom in 1970.  Her wisdom and advice were jewels and blessings to my heart.  Terrie was blessed to begin her life by adopting a second pair of grandparents right next door and eight big brothers and sisters.
We will always cherish the wonderful memories of Mary and Jack we were so very blessed that the Lord brought them and each of their children into our lives.

Although it seems like a very long time ago (and it was), I do remember spending time with you at your home on Gladstone.  Your Mom was always welcoming and very kind.  Coming from a small family, I was always in awe of those Moms who could raise a large family with strength and warmth.  In my mind, your Mom fell into this category.  My condolences to you and your family.

Nanny Norris will always have a special place in my heart.

I am fortunate to have had the great priviledge of spending time with your dear mother. She was a formidable woman. One of her greatest achievement is her vibrant family that can only gain strenght from her legacy of integrity and commitment to her beliefs.

Just want to let you all know that I have never forgotten your family , so warm and welcoming , when , after my highschool graduation in Liverpool , I came into your home ( summer of 1962 ,when I was 17 ) as a mother's helper , first on Micmac and then at Gladstone . I have never encountered a more kind , loving , and generous - spirited family where all of you were so very special and dearly loved by your parents . Hopefully some of you will remember me .
