Stacey, Merle of Halifax, passed away November 19 2013. She was the daughter of Robert and Christine (MacLean) Waugh. Merle was a Charter Member of Rockingham United Church Women. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Russell; daughters, Christine Webb, Toronto, ON, Carol (Douglas) Hamilton, ; son, Jamie (Gail), Halifax; sister, Carmel Burke, ON; brother, Robert (Mona), BC.; grandchildren, Jason, Miles, Ryan, Laura, Sandra, Devon, Ella; great-grandchildren, Desmond, Isabella; cousin Catherine Harrison. Predeceased by brother, Emerson.
