Neva was a graduate of the Halifax Infirmary School of Nursing and School of X-Ray. She worked for 12 years in the X-Ray department.
Neva was a member of the Catholic Women’s League.
Neva was predeceased by her husband and love of her life, Joseph. She was survived by her daughters, Coleen (Dave) and Paula (Peter). Her grandchildren, Sandra (Mike) and their daughter, Isobella, and Cindy (Aris) and their children, Scarlett and Peter.
There will be no visitation, as per her request. Celebration of life will take place at J A Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax, on Wednesday, January 4th, 2017, at 10:00 am. A reception to be hosted by her family will follow.
