PITTS, Pauline A. – 98, of Halifax passed away December 1, 2010 at the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in River Bourgeois, she was the daughter of the late Isiah A. Bourque and Justine (Fougere) Bourque. Pauline was a stay at home mother who loved to cook, eat and knit. She is survived by her daughter Anne Marie, and several nieces and nephews and God daughter Helen Cruickshanks. Pauline is predeceased by her husband Frederick, brothers Anslem and Paul, and sisters Mary Sabine and Annie May.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 5th from 6-8 p.m. at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax. Funeral service to be held at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Mumford Rd. on Monday, December 6th at 10:00 a.m., Rev. John Williams officiating. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville.
