

Preceded in death by his loving parents Barbara and Robert Bouvette Senior.
Survived by his children Amanda Stirling (His Buddy - Colin), Gary Gordon (Helen), Grandchildren Morgan (Alex), Kyle and Cailey, Great Grandchild Harrison, Aunt Peg Alcorn, many Cousins, long term friend Janet Milbury and Best Friend Darren McInnis
Bob grew up in a Military family and fell in love with the beauty of Canada. While living coast to coast from working in the ski patrol in Whistler B.C (Toad Hall), on Tug Boats in the North, and Old Rigs off the east coast , he eventually settled down finding a permeant home in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia as welder for many years in the boilermakers union before retiring and enjoying his piece and quiet.
When not spending hours watching a documentary or listening to Sunday morning on CBC radio, Bob enjoyed sharing his love of skiing, back country camping, canoeing, sailing, music and a thirst for knowledge.
Bob was known as a collector of things, an artist enjoying oil painting and photography, a rival at chess and cheat at Trivial Pursuit – Because really no one can be that knowledgeable.
He was a big man with an even bigger heart, that he openly shared with the people around him
All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us – J.R.R. Tolkien and Bob chose to live his live surrounded with Adventure, Knowledge and Love
Visitation will be held at J.A. Snow funeral home 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax on Thursday May 1st from 5-7pm

He will be deeply missed, Friday night pizza nights will never be the same without him
