FERGUSON, Robert (Bob) – 53, of Halifax. It is with heavy hearts that the family of Bob Ferguson announce his sudden passing at home on June 18, 2012. Bob was truly a wonderful husband, father and friend. Bob will be painfully missed as it is too far too soon for him to be gone. He operated his own company (B&G Plumbing and Heating) successfully and with great pride for almos6t 30 years. Dad enjoyed working with his customers most of whom he called friends. Dad was a man of many talents who loved to use his knowledge and hands to craft many amazing things. His stubbornness would never allow him to give up on a problem that would stump most others until a resolution was found. In his spare time, he loved to tinker around the house, drive his old 1980 GMC truck on nice summer evenings and spend time with his beautiful wife Heather. This man, father, husband, brother, uncle and friend will be terribly missed by all. All the people that he touched in this world will never forget his smiling face. Bob is survived by his wife of 32 years Heather; two sons Michael and Andrew and sisters Betty (Barry), June (Gary) and Joanne, and his many nieces and nephews. Bob was the son of the late Gerald and Mabel (Keel) Ferguson, and he was also predeceased by his sister Catherine (Kaye) and his niece Christina (Tina). Visitation will take place in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax (902) 455-0531 on Friday, June 22nd from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service to take place at St. James Anglican Church on the Rotary on Saturday, June 23rd at 11:00am. Reception to follow at the church hall. Interment to follow at a later date.
