Cheverie, Ronald “Scott” – 50, of Timberlea, Passed away in QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax, on March 4th, 2013, in the presence of loved ones. Born in London ONt., He was a son of Everett “Gil” Cheverie, Halilton, Ont. And Patricia Cheverie of Southampton, Ont. Scott was a devoted father and husband, a very passionate musician and was well-know in the local music scene. Scott is survived by his loving wife, Amber (Cohoon); daughter, April Ritchie; sons, Robert “Scott”, Liam, and Ethan; brothers, Peter Cheverie, London, Ont.; Daniel (Kate) Cheverie, Crawford Bay, B.C,; brothers-in-law, Mark Cohoon, Kirk (Diane) Cohoon and Robert (Amanda) Cohoon; many nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family at Scotiabank. A celebration of Scott’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 11th in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax.
