Rosalie Stoneman

Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Frederick and Mary (Power) Nickerson.

Rosalie was a well-respected employee of C.B.C. Halifax, as Reg. Sales Admin. Mgr. Maritimes for 28 years. Her happiest times were those spent with her family and friends and sharing these memories with others.

A much appreciated lady by all who were fortunate to be part of her personal and professional life, Rosalie always saw the good in all and cherished those who crossed her path.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Todd Anthony, brothers, John William (Bill), Donald, Douglas and sister Bernice Hull.

Rosalie is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Francis (Frank), son, Kevin, Lower Sackville, daughter-in-law, Nicole (late Todd) Lower Sackville, brother, Gregory (Jan), Lower Sackville, grandsons, Anthony, Shilo, MB, Thomas, Oromocto, NB, Jonathon, St. John’s., NL, and granddaughter Allysa Vaillancourt, Enfield, several nieces and nephews. Special friend and co-worker, Louise Fredericks.

Cremation has taken place. At her request, there will be no visitation. A memorial celebration of Rosalie’s life will take place at J.A. Snow Funeral Home Chapel, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax, (902-455-0531) on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at 2:00 pm. Family interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any children’s charity.
