Please accept my sincere sympathy on the passing of your wife and mother of your children.  I knew Shirley when Lloyd worked with my late husband, Jim, at CMHC and then again when Shirley ran the Twin Cities Office on Oxford Street.  

Shirley was a very caring individual and very good with what she did.  Whenever I was inbetween teaching assignments, she would find me temporary work to tide me over. I will always remember her.

May God grant you the courage to face your loss and to come to the point where you will cherish the many fond memories you have built up over the years.

To Shirley's family:  Please accept my heartfel sympathy.   You don't know me, my name is Ruth Green and I worked for Shirley back in the late 60's at Twin City Office Pool.  I hadn't been in the work force for over 10 years and she gave me a job, which turned into almost a permanent one.   I also worked in her office and sometimes while she and her family went on vacation.  She was a very fine person and indeed a "good boss".   I've always remembered her. Uncle Lloyd, Janet and Brian. Sorry to hear of Aunt Shirley's passing. She is better off now and probably talking to Mum. I recently fell and broke my shoulder in three places therefore the trip to Halifax is out but our thoughts are with you.

hello.  i worked for shirley back in the seventies and early eighties at twin citiy.  and later i took a ceramics course from her and lloyd.  many years later when they had their ceramics booth at the dartmouth handcrafters guild christmas fair they would remember me and we would have a nice chat.  she was a funny and smart lady.  enjoy your memories.  irene (poirier) cooper,dartmouth, n s.
