I was one of the "victims" of the "Tapdancing Grandmother/ My Grandmother Lost Both Her Legs" joke that Terry headed up and the whole shop was in on.  I bit hard; Terry let me off easily.  It was the only time I ever saw a hint of anger from Terry, and it was all fake.  All the other memories I have of him - and there are lots, because I enjoy the company of friendly, funny people - are filled with jokes and stories and songs.

By the way, I always said BIG, not PIG, but BIG - B as in Boy....

You'll be missed, you big... ah, never mind!

Uncle Terrance we had great times trying to teach you to swim in mom's pool.It was great when you and Brent & Sarah came to Ottawa to visit.Are heart felt sorrows go out to the Nolan Family & friends. We miss ya.

I just want to say how sorry I am for your loss. I know how much he loved his family you were the joy in his life. He is now with his Mother and Father and brothers and sisters who went before him. One being my Father his brother Leo. I bet they are all having a wonderful reunion. Hugs to you and please know that he will always be with you. Until we all meet again.

Sarah and Brent, Very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I only met Terry about 8 years ago in a Spryfield legion dart league and we quickly hit it off. With only a few months' age difference , we had may chats about growing up as Capers - he in 'the Bay' and me in 'Waterford'. 
We would often exchange stories about some of our 'adventure' as teenagers back in the 50s.
Our times at the Seniors dances in recent years were fun , as he'd always challenge me to see who could have the most dances .Rarely did I get more than him but it was fun trying. 
Jeannine and I have many fond memories of the short time we knew Terry and trust that many warm and special memories of your Dad will help ease the sorrow you 
now feel.

terry will be missed. he always us kept us laughting in the shop with his humor.

Our family will remember him for the laughter that filled a room in his presence and for his painful attempts at wrangling steers on the Greenwood farm.  We will always cherish his memories and take comfort in the love he shared with all of us.

Sarah, although I dont believe I ever had the honour to meet your dad I know all to well your pain. May you find comfort in knowing he is at peace. xo AManda
