William Stephen Reilly

Age 94, of Halifax, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 12, 2021at home. Born Cape Wolfe, O'Leary, PEI he was the son of Bernard & Theresa Reilly.

Predeceased by wife Laura. Survived by longtime partner Thelma Ash; children, Barry of Halifax, Patricia Capaldi of Halifax, Darrell (Barb) of Halifax, Dennis of Halifax, Ann (Stephen) of Edmonton, and Sharon Kuranyi of Halifax; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

William was employed for 31 years at RCMP Marine Division & Navel Dockyards and was a longtime member of the Spryfield Legion. He was an active member of St. John the Baptist and Saint Michael's church. William was a true Toronto Maple Leaf fan, and never missed a televised game. He was active and loved to take long walks, and he did so until Covid.

Visitation Thursday December 16, from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 at JA Snow Funeral Home, Halifax. Funeral Service Friday December 17, 2021 at 1:00pm at St Michael’s Church, (Stella Maris) Halifax. COVID restrictions apply: proof of double vaccine and Government photo ID required for admittance to both.
