In mom's day she was an avid swimmer who could have gone all the way but chose to be a wife and mother, mom also was the first (womens) softball team to play under the lights on the Halifax Commons, not to mention she was a great bowler who won numerous trophies (Dad bowled as well but not as well guess that was why we never saw her trophies around the house).
Mom was married three times each time for love: Moms first husband and our dad William (Nick) Nichols who passed on March 25, 2018, her second husband Frances (Tiny) Thompson who brought our stepbrother Steven Thompson into our family (who was like a son to mom and a brother to us) Tiny passed August 24, 1997 and her last husband Michael Bidnock passed on April 10, 2017. Memories from her children Joy: Mom; Tasha and I are going to miss our little parties, talks and sing alongs and your favorite sayings I only have one beer a day Mom I am going to miss you so much as our lives finally became as it should be love you so much don't know how I am going to move forward.
