Betty was born on December 22, 1934 to S.A. and Omie Crews in Comanche County, Texas.
She married Lee Oran Tyson in 1949. They were happily married for 53 years.
Betty worked as a seamtress for years, the rest of the time she was a devoted housewife, while raising her grandkids.
Her hobbies included sewing, making sculptures and cooking her famous bread and cinnamon rolls.
Betty is preceded in death by her Husband Lee Oran Tyson.
Betty had four kids who loved her dearly: Daughter; Ann Batte from Oregon, Son; David Lee Tyson from Hamilton and Sons Victor Matthew Tyson and Tony Adams Tyson, both from Jonesboro.
