Erika lived her life loud. What I mean by that is that she loved life and enjoyed every single minute of it. I miss her smile and laughter. She was such a beautiful strong independent woman. I admire her strength and courage she carried to face her obstacles in life until the end. I am grateful that we crossed each other’s path and that I got to be a part of her life. You hold a special place in my heart Erika ❤️. You will never be forgotten my dearest friend. Until I see you again ❤️ See you later. Luv you .

The memories we shared comfort me every day. I am better for knowing you, better for loving you, better for having met you. May you be as blessed in the next life, my friend, as I was in this one by knowing you.


Erika and I worked together for a short while,  but we became friends right away, she was genuine, funny and definitely had a passion for food. I'm heartbroken for her kids whom she showed so much love to. They definitely were blessed with a special mom. I'm gonna miss her delicious food posts which she shared often (and I took some of her meal ideas). My heart aches over her loss, my condolences to her beloved Matty and Bella and her family. 

I met Erika in LVN nursing school and from day 1 of knowing her she has always been a fun, smart and loving friend and in finding out she was in the hospital and than passed away really broke my heart. I truely had the pleasure of sharing so many hours in school laughing and getting to know her.  My Prayers go out to her 2 Babies Matty and Bella, her Mom and whole family who are dealing with this most very difficult time in there lives. Rest In Paradise Erika 🙏
