Justin was born December 12, 1970, to Farel Loyd and Betty Sue Williams. Tootie graduated from Hamilton High School. He worked at Hamilton County Coop in his younger years and moved on to farming and ranch work. Tootie will be lovingly remembered for his contagious laugh, playful sense of humor, and the stories he loved to share. He had a gift for making people smile and brought warmth and laughter wherever he went. He enjoyed fishing and arrowhead hunting two pastimes that brought him great joy, but the greatest joy was when his daughter Aubrey was born. Tootie cherished his animals and spent time outdoors. His joking spirit, storytelling and laughter will remain treasured by all who knew and loved him.
Justin is preceded in death by his parents Farel and Betty, sister Debbie Taylor, Grandmother Georgia Williams.
He is survived by his daughter Aubrey Williams, sisters Ronda Williams Wiggam, Robbin Hall and husband Chris, Donna Huie and brother Dwayne Huie wife Heidi
Tootie also leaves his loving dog Darling, and countless family members and friends whose lives he touched with his kindness, humor, and unforgettable personality. His laughter, stories, and loving memory will live in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest peacefully.
