A graveside service will be held in Live Oak Cemetery south of Hamilton on CR 424 at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14.
Mr. DeBusk graduated from Beaumont High School and received a degree in business with a major in accounting from the University of Texas.
He was employed as a senior auditor for Sun Oil Co, Dallas, until his retirement. He engaged in the cattle business at his ranch where he lived south of Purmela after his retirement.
He was a member of the board of the Soil and Water Conservation District for Hamilton and Coryell counties for many years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Ora Dell and Clarence K. DeBusk, and by his brother, Clarence “Sonny” DeBusk.
Survivors include his beloved cousin, Nancy Caroline Wilson and husband Don and their children and grandchildren, and numerous cousins.
