Jerry Keith Massingill

Jerry graduate the class of ’57 as an All American High School Football player from Hamilton. He used his football talents to continue his education at Tarleton College and Commerce East Texas earning a Master’s degree. Jerry spent 31 years teaching, coaching and superintendent of numerous schools, a rancher and auctioneer. He loved roping in rodeo’s, fishing, and riding horses with his grandkids.

Jerry is survived by son James Keith Massingill, his wife Lori, his sweetheart Connie Long, Sister Donna Howell, grandkids David Ramirez, Issac Massingill, Topis Massingill, and Rylei Massingill. Jerry had 5 great grandkids and several nieces and nephews. Preceeded in death by his parents James Burl and Grace Mae Massingill, daughter Mona Massingill, and sister Maxine Thompson.

A memorial service we be held 2 P.M. Saturday February 12th at Riley Funeral Home Chapel.
