Joe Parish born July 25, 1934 in Camden County Mo., passed from this life after a short illness on January 12, 2019. Visitation will be Tuesday January 15, 2019 from 5-7 at Riley Funeral Home services will be Wednesday January 16, 2019 at Riley Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00pm with burial at Pottsville Cemetery.
Joe moved to Dallas in 1955 and subcontracted window washing from Acme Building Maintenance. He designed rigging used on several high rise buildings. He married his wife Doris on April 1 1975. Joe and Doris started Tri State Building Services, Inc. in 1977. He was owner & CEO until the time of his death. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and family man. He loved his children, grandchildren, and golf dearly.
Preceded in death by his parents Otto and Burleigh Parish, three brothers 1 sister, and son Joe D. Parish.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 43 years, Doris; sister, Joyce Herndon, children Rhonda Patton and husband Roger, Susan Edwards and husband Randy, Pam Partin and husband Cliff, Larry Parish, Ricky Strain, Ronnie Strain and wife Susan, Raylene Sommer and husband, Troy. 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
