Victor is survived by his father, Ealon Claude Scott; his companion, Melissa Cox; his daughter, Emily Scott; his son, Justin Scott; and his brother, Rodger Scott, and was preceded in death by his mother, Ossie Ray (Roberts) Scott.

Visitation will be held at Riley Funeral Home, 402 W Main, Hamilton, Texas 76531, on September 24, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and also at Riley Funeral Home Inc., 402 West Main, Hamilton, TX 76531, US, on September 24, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at Riley Funeral Home Chapel, 402 W Main, Hamilton, Texas 76531, on September 25, 2026, at 2:00 pm, followed by Burial at Cranfills Gap Cemetery, Hwy 22, Cranfills Gap, TX, on September 25, 2026.

Active pallbearers will be Justin Scott, Chris McDaniel, Emily Scott, Aaron Logan, Rodger Scott, Lane Scott, Chance Logan, and Abel Logan.
