He was a loving father and a friend to everyone.

Tommy was preceded in death by his mother, Billye Faye Shelton; and father, Bill Shelton. Survivors include his son, Kevin T. Shelton; grandson, Bradley Smith; brothers, Rob Roy Shelton, Jerry Jack Shelton; and many nieces and nephews.
