Born on June 9, 1932, in Duncannon, Pennsylvania, Betty was the daughter of the late Roy Elwood Foose and Margaret Adelaide (Maxwell) Foose. She was a 1951 graduate of John Harris High School and worked as a medical assistant for Drs. Grandon and Boyd in Harrisburg.
Betty and her husband, Mike, enjoyed many bus trips together during their retirement years. She was a devoted member of Paxton Presbyterian Church in Paxtang, Pennsylvania, where she participated in numerous church activities over the years.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Constance F. Telenda; her son-in-law, Paul Telenda; and her grandson, Mark Telenda.
Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
