Chhoeung Heng, 78, of York, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026. He was born in Battambang, Cambodia, on September 12, 1947, and later immigrated to the United States, where he worked as a warehouseman until his retirement. Among the greatest joys of his later years was spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Deang Ay; his children, Nak Chhoeung (Soknouv), Deap Chhoeung (Channan), Da Shambaugh (Wayne), Sodin Heng (Nicole), and Dy Chhoeung (Dary); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Jade, Jasmine, Aaron, Cain, Alex, Madison, Quentin, Sophia, Isiah, and Mackenzie.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Neill Funeral Home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Shoop’s Garden of Rest in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
