Sandra Janice Ritter

Born July 10, 1947, in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Mull and Edna P. (Straining) Mull.

Sandra was the loving wife of Barry L. Ritter, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage. She is also survived by her daughter, Ann Klinger and her husband, Aaron, of Steelton; grandchildren, Nick Uberroth, Steven Uberroth and his wife, Shelby, and Alexis Uberroth; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Josephine Wennell and Shirley Little; brother, Gary Mull; and many nieces and nephews.

Sandra retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, where she served as a supervisor in the Workers’ Compensation Records Department. She was a graduate of John Harris High School, Class of 1966.

Sandra loved spending time with her family, and she was deeply loved by them. Her greatest joy was the time she shared with those closest to her, and she will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Evangelical United Methodist Church, 157 E. Water St., Middletown.
