Deacon Thomas A. Fedor

Born December 13,1931, in Hazelton, he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary (Regan) Fedor; he was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Dolores C. Fedor; daughter, Debbie Fedor; son-in-law, William J. Marencic; and great-grandson, Paul Marencic; brothers, Andrew Fedor, Philip Fedor and John Fedor; and sister, Aurelia Corra.

Surviving are his 3 sons, Thomas J. Fedor, Cyril Fedor (Debbie), Bernard Fedor (Kelly); 3 daughters, Dolly Marencic, Sharon Martin (Pat) and Pamela Coffman (Kirby); 13 grandchildren, William S. Marencic, Andrew P. Marencic , Julianne Sidleck , Joshua Hurst, Jason Hurst, Daniel Martin, Kirby Coffman, Rachel Minnick, Zachary Fedor, Kaitlyn Horst, Rebecca White, Stephen Fedor, Matthew Fedor; numerous great-grandchildren; and sister Carol DeMatt.

He was a retired employee for Western Union and a U.S. Air Force veteran .

Deacon Tom was ordained in 1983 and served as Deacon for his home parish, St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church. He also was a volunteer fire fighter and chaplain for the Rutherford Fire Department.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM, Friday, September 11, 2026, at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. A viewing will be from 9:30 AM, Friday, until the time of the service at the church.
