She leaves behind her son, Anthony Knox; her daughters, Marsha Palomino, Wendelee McDuffie and Merry Knox.
Born 14 September 1933 and raised in Hamersville, Ohio, the daughter of Wendell McBeth and Annie Hazel Woodard.
After graduating from high school, she moved to North Carolina where she attended nursing school. Afterward, she was a Nurse’s Aid for three years. Her family incrementally moved to California in 1954. She was a homemaker.
She was an active member of High Desert Baptist Church (original name) continuing through to the presently renamed High Desert Church.
A memorial service will be held the 18th of November 2019 at High Desert Church, Pastor Tim Wheeler officiating. Kern Mortuary performed the cremation. There will be a family graveside memorial followed by the double burial at Hillside Memorial Park (AKA Redlands Cemetery).
