Isaline, better known as Hope to most, was born in Queens, New York, but moved to Los Angeles with her family at a young age. She grew up in Church, sang in the church choir, and definitely loved the Lord with all of her heart. Hope met the father of her five children, Marcus, when she was 18 years old. They lived in Los Angeles for many years, but later moved to Twentynine Palms, CA where they spent most of their time together.
Hope enjoyed watching “I Love Lucy” and Lifetime movies. She had a love for Michael Jackson growing up and enjoyed listening to and singing gospel music. She also loved to eat and just have a good time. She loved going to Church every Sunday and was loved dearly by her Morris Memorial Church family. Hope is survived by her five children: Marcus Jr., Melissa, Machelle, LaChon, and Christina; her six Grandchildren: Kayden, JaKoby, Bellami, Jada, Jenesis, and Sariah; her five siblings: Fernando, Samuel Jr., Sheril, Lucia, and Faith. Also, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Prior to having a debilitating stroke in 2012, Hope completed CNA courses and worked as a convalescent nurse for about 15 years. Towards the end of her life we found out she had uterine cancer which is what ultimately took her from us. Hope had the most beautiful heart and spirit with an infectious smile and laugh, she also cared for anyone who came into her presence. She was the epitome of a Child of God; simply the best Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, and Friend. Isaline will be truly missed by all who knew her.
-Forever in the hearts of many!
