He was born April 19, 1920 in Idaho.
James served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946. He served in the Army ww2. He Retired from Jorgensen Steel Co. as their General Manager. He was mayor of Downey and Vice Mayor of Hemet.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Wilkins Quinn of Apple Valley,Ca and his son , James Quinn of Murrietta ,Ca . Services will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 11:31 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd , Riverside, CA Staging Area # 8
