Mary Elizabeth Roth passed away peacefully on July 16th, 2025 at the age of 68. Born on July 6th, 1957, she was known for her will do attitude; seems there was nothing she couldn’t or wouldn’t do, including marching in the high school band. Through her efforts and presence handicap students are now routine at the high school where she attended and graduated. She touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her older brothers David and his wife Linda of Riverside and Doug and his wife Geneva of Hesperia, Sister In Law Susan Roth of Yucaipa along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mary’s life was characterized by her passion and dedication to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Whether it was in the church she was raised in or in the mission fields at home or abroad in Russia, she will be remembered for her love of God and man and her zeal for life.
In addition to the positions she held in accounting, including her own accounting business, Mary spent time in Agape Force in Houston, TX as well as Youth with A Mission (YWAM) in Salem Oregon. It was with YWAM that Mary participated in Slavic language and studies in preparation for her mission trip to the Soviet Union during a time when the Soviet government was hostile to America and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Although memorial services have already taken place, messages of condolence and remembrances may still be shared via this website.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Youth With a Mission, in honor of Mary’s memory:
