Passed away peacefully at home May 15,2025

She was born October 27, 1957 in Riverside, Ca to Ellsworth Harold Conrad & Betty Agnes(Dalgren).

She was with the love of her life for 45 years before he passed away in 2023 but is reunited with him now in heaven.

Rita worked in the healthcare industry since the age of 15 starting out as a CNA and also was an RNA, handled central supply and accounts payable. Over her span of 40+ years she met an amazing group of women: Diane, Martha, Lydia and Rosie who became family and are always there until the end.

She was survived by her sister Beverly Ann Blake(Norm), step-son Alan Fernandez (Patty), step-daughter Theresa Gutierrez (Mario), son Michael Paul Fernandez and daughter Samantha Renee Castro (Joey).

She had 4 grandsons which were her entire world: Joseph (19), David (14), Cayden (11) and Gino (9) Castro.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Allan and her love Gary.
