Cherished husband, son, brother, uncle and friend, Aaron made a difference in the lives he touched. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Aaron was a true native New Yorker, enjoying the rich diversity that New York offers in its people, food, and sports activities. He was a family man, devoted to those he loved and was always front and center for birthdays, graduations and holidays. He was a friend, providing time, moral support and a point of view to those who needed his help.
A graduate of Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and later Adelphi University for his Masters, Aaron was a gifted educator for 25 years, dedicated to developing the talent and potential in every child he taught. A history buff, he was able to bring a rich wealth of knowledge to the learning experience and as an outspoken professional he put the education of future generations first and foremost.
Aaron was thrilled to have lived to see the historic Mets no hitter and was a diehard Jets fan! A supporter of wildlife conservation, he instilled a love of wildlife in his nieces and nephews and memories of trips to the Bronx Zoo hold a special place for everyone.
Aaron passed peacefully on June 15, 2012, at the age of 62, leaving his wife, Carolyn , mother Lenesta, brothers Mark and Scott, sisters in law Judy and Linda, nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Candis, Chelsea, Jeremy and Joshua and dear friends to mourn the loss of someone gone much, much too soon.
“We will love him always”.
