May I offer my sincerest condolences to Frank's family.  I met Frank at Columbia University when we were both 23 years old, and became close friends over the ensuing decades.  He was unfailingly kind, funny, and generous.  We always called each other on our respective birthdays, and on May 3, although ill, he called me and we spoke for the last time.  I feel privileged to have known him.

I would first like to express my deepest condolences and respect to Franklin Rotenberg’s family.

Franklin was a gentle and caring man who always carried a smile and never failed to ask how you were doing. He held respect and kindness in the highest regard and treated everyone with dignity.

I had the privilege of volunteering with Franklin on our condominium insurance committee. He brought thoughtful insights, asked excellent questions, and always listened carefully to the perspectives of others. His calm presence and genuine concern for people made him someone deeply respected and appreciated.

We have lost a man of dignity, kindness, and quiet wisdom. He will be greatly missed.

We were deeply moved to learn of the passing of FRANKLIN.
He had one of the friendliest personalities at Port Royal  Towers Apts.
Always smiling and always carrying some delicious dessert to our social functions.
We have lost a good person and a good man and a good friend.
We will always keep the memory of FRanklin.

I parked next to Franklin in the garage for almost 4 years. We had some interesting  and lively conversations. He used to send me emails with Jewish articles etc. that he knew I would be interested in. He always inquired as to how I was doing.  He was a kind soul.  I will miss him.  Condolences to his family. May his memory be a blessing.

I will miss my sweet friend Franklin. We had great fun with purpose working on the social events committee and going for walks. I hope his family knows he had a loving community here.

Franklin was a contributor to our community. He volunteered to serve on committees and helped organize events.

 He also  contributed in other ways by offering a cheerful smile and a warm greeting whenever your paths crossed.  He would remember your last conversation and ask how things were with the highest  sincerity. 

Franklin cared about others and he will be missed.

I send my deepest condolences to Franklin’s family. I worked closely with him on several condo projects and always found him to be a gentleman and a scholar. He always provided deep, yet clear advice on the many diverse issues we discussed.  Many people, including him, referred to him as “Frank”, but I couldn’t do that - I always felt the full “Franklin” much better fit his pristine image. I will definitely miss him and his positive attitude.

Sad day, I remember seeing Franklin  walking around Port Royale almost daily many people don't know he was my  patrol inspector when I was on the master association,  Franklin would point out broken sidewalks. Maintenance issue's to me, and you all know it was detailed in his email. Franklin cared for our community. A true gentleman i miss him already.

Franklin was my neighbor and my friend. There was not a time that I would see him that he didn’t ask how my husband and I were and could he do anything for us. A true gentlemen and a warm, funny and  giving person.

Being part of "our" family in America,  cousin Frankie - as I knew him - had always been a very friendly and supportive person. Remembering when he  invited me - as a young man - to the Broadway musical Cat's , the best known piece of which conspicuously was the title "memories".

I heard the news today and words cannot express how truly sad I am on Franklin’s passing. I’ve known Franklin for years and he always was so positive and was such a great conversationalist . I loved receiving his emails about articles on Israel and the world. He would always suggest what  I needed to read. He was such a mensch! עם ישראל חי

Franklin was my next-door neighbor. He was a “Gentle Man” and a Scholar.  Plus from Long Island like me. He welcomed me when I moved into the Tower and would ask if I needed anything from his favorite store Fresh Market.   He also introduced me to Yasso Yogurt bars. When Publix had a BOGO Frank would alert me to get there before they were sold out! 

We kept each other up to date with building happenings especially for me since
More often than not I could not attend. 

A kind, thoughtful man so considerate of others.

Franklin was just the nicest person; he always had a kind word for everyone he met, such a sweet guy. Franklin was always ready to help: set up tables and chairs for our social events, take photos, clean up - he always asked, What can I do to help? Always with a smile. We will miss your big smile, and your big heart. Wishing you the peace you deserve.
