I just saw this and I am so saddened to hear of Garys passing.  He was such a nice guy and so devoted to his son.  I have so many memories of him I wouldn’t know which one to share.  Jonathan.. he was so proud of you.  Hillary.. you guys remained friends. 

Gary.. soar with the angels.  I will miss you. 

I am so saddened to hear this . My friendship with Gary was unique for many years during and after HS and then we kept touch sporadically. He was so dedicated to his son and love Far Rock. 
May his warmth comfort his family .

So sad to hear of Gary's passing.
I knew Gary back in Jr. High 198 - he was a "best friend" of a boy I dated. Gary and his girlfriend, and me and my boyfriend, double-dated to Carnegie Hall to see the band "Chicago"! It was a great night!  Many, many years later, I lived in Fishkill, NY. I went for a walk and wandered into a furniture store which was going out of business - and who was there? Gary.....looking the same!!!! I recognized him right away! It was fun to see him after soooooo many years! 

Please rest in peace, Gary. You will always have a place in my memory.
