Roemer-Harold S., passed away peacefully July 30, 2012 in Weston, Florida, surrounded by his daughter Marta and niece Phyllis. Harold was born, June 20, 1914 in Paterson, New Jersey, to Samuel and Dora Roemer. He was very proud of the time he spent as a naval Officer, enlisting at the beginning of WWII. He was very active in the Masons, serving as Master of Fortitude Lodge and also holding a position in Grand Lodge. He is survived by children Marta and Steve Pieraldi, and Irwin and Carol Young, grandchildren Matthew, Stephen, Claudia, Christopher, Brian, Jason, Lisa and Steve and great grandchildren Justin, Lauren and Michael. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at 11:30 am at Boulevard Chapel, 1450 Broadway Hewlett, NY 11557. Phone (516) 295-3100.
