A funeral service for Herbert will be held Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Boulevard-Riverside Chapels, 1450 Broadway, Hewlett, New York 11557. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 3:00 PM at Beth David Cemetery, 300 Elmont Road, Elmont, NY.
